Why should you give up a home with imperfect Vastu?

Consider the following scenario: you receive a great offer on a house after a lengthy search. You soon realize, however, that the property does not follow Vastu principles. Should you turn down the offer? This is a problem that many homebuyers face. Some homebuyers may continue and purchase property despite Vastu Doshas, while others would reject it entirely. The question is, how much weight should Vastu rules be given?

Vastu Shastra is a “science of architecture” whose ideas have been followed in India for millennia. Many Hindu themes are used, and the designs are intended to blend utilitarian structural elements and geometric patterns with nature and forces such as the sun and wind.

Vastu Doshas to Avoid as a Homeowner

According to Dr. Ravindra Jain, Vastu Doshas are unavoidable in any property or house.

The key consideration is whether the benefits of Vastu-compliant parts outweigh the drawbacks. As a result, a reasonable offer should be seriously considered if the Vastu Doshas can be remedied. Vastu principles are intended to help the end-user and should not be utilized to determine success or failure judgments.

On the other side, the offers or reductions on a house may be so appealing that the impact of Vastu Doshas is temporarily obscured. In the long run, however, these faults may produce dissension and long-term enmity. As a result, homebuyers must avoid some essential problems, such as:

  • There should be no cuts on the north-east and south-west sides of the building’s structure or the ground on which it stands.
  • The house or structure must not have a South-West entrance.
  • The kitchen or bathroom should not be facing north or east.

Corrections for common Vastu Doshas

While Vastu principles can be applied to improve living spaces, blaming Vastu Doshas for personal failure is absurd because it is difficult to find a property that is completely Vastu compliant.

“Pyramid Yantras are the greatest answer for Vastu Doshas because they have the vast energy to produce positively in the surrounding environment and to throw away negativity, which in turn creates the balance the in the energy of the property.” ~ Dr.Jain
